Brownies & Bars
cooked according to directions in 8×8 pan
Peanut Butter filling
creamy peanut butter
milk chocolate chips
Prepare brownies as directed on package. Let cool completely.
Peanut Butter Filling
Cream together butter and peanut butter until well combined.
Stir in vanilla.
Stir in powdered sugar in 1 cup increments. You may need more or less powdered sugar.
Mix in powdered sugar until filling is the consistency of a thick frosting.
Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
In a double boiler, melt together chocolate and peanut butter.
Stir until smooth.
Pour and spread evenly over brownies already frosted with peanut butter filling.
Allow to harden a few hours; or place in refrigerator to harden faster.
Cut brownies into 16 even pieces and ENJOY!!
